TRAIN WITH A pURPOSE

The Engine Room is a structured training program designed to provide a clear and effective approach to strength and conditioning.

Delivered through an online training app, each session is programmed in full — including exercise selection, sets, repetitions and progression — removing the uncertainty from planning your training. Sessions are designed to be completed in approximately 60 minutes, making the program practical, consistent and easy to integrate into your existing routine.

STRUCTURE THAT PROGRESSES

Choose between a three or four-day training schedule and follow a progressive 12-month program, with a new training block introduced each month.

Every movement is demonstrated within the app, with a comprehensive exercise library allowing movements to be substituted where required.

Beyond the program, members have access to direct coaching support and a community training within the same system.

PERFORMANCE, BUILT TO LAST

The Engine Room is designed to develop strength, build muscle, improve conditioning and create a leaner, more capable physique — without compromising longevity.

Rather than chasing short-term results through unsustainable training, the program takes a measured approach to progressive performance.

The result is a body that performs as well as it looks.

DEVELOPED BY CHRIS DENNIS

The Engine Room draws on 25 years of elite performance coaching experience across the AFL, European rugby and the NFL, including roles with Geelong, Leinster and Stade Français.

Developed by Chris Dennis, the program translates the principles and structure of professional performance environments into an accessible system for everyday training.
